Two-Arm Appendectomy With Slip, Bleed, and Coagulation
Developed by Dr Charlix Yeung, this interactive simulator uses a webcam or keyboard to control two robotic tools. The left tool must hold tension on the appendix while the right tool clips, then coagulates a bleeding episode before pressure drops.

Operative Field
Left tool must hold. Right tool clips and coagulates. The appendix is driven by a Matter.js chain, so untensioned clipping produces real physical recoil.
